Short version: this app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. It has no account system and no internet permission. Everything it saves stays on your own device.

Omaha Poker: Friends & Points ("we", "us") is a free-to-play poker game using virtual points with no cash value. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your data. It applies to the Android app with the package name com.omaha.omaha_poker.

Information We Collect

None. The app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifier. There is no sign-in, no account, and no user profile stored on any server. The app requests no Android permissions at all — including no internet permission — so it is not technically capable of sending your information anywhere.

Data Stored On Your Device

To make the game playable, a small amount of data is saved locally on your device using Android's standard app storage. This data never leaves your device:

• Gameplay data: your virtual points balance, hand history, level, and statistics such as hands played and win rate.
• Friends list: the roster of friends you add, and their leaderboard scores.
• Preferences: settings such as sound and text size.

Because the app has no server, your friends list and scores are visible only to you, on your own device. Adding a friend creates a local entry for your own score tracking — it does not contact, notify, or share anything with another person.

Third Parties

We do not share, sell, rent, or transmit any data to third parties, because no data is collected in the first place. The app contains no analytics libraries, no advertising SDKs, no crash-reporting services, and no social media integrations.

Advertising and Purchases

The app contains no advertisements and no in-app purchases. Virtual points cannot be bought, sold, cashed out, or exchanged for anything of value.

Children's Privacy

This game features simulated gambling and is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, none is knowingly collected from children.

Your Control Over Your Data

Since all data is stored locally, you can remove it at any time:

• Go to Android Settings → Apps → Omaha Poker: Friends & Points → Storage → Clear data, or
• Uninstall the app, which deletes all of its local data from your device.

There is no server-side data for us to delete, and no deletion request is necessary.

Responsible Play

This game is for entertainment only and involves no real-money gambling. Practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

Changes To This Policy

If a future version of the app changes what it collects — for example, if online friend syncing is added — this page will be updated and the date above will change.
