The current game does not collect or share personal data with the developer or third parties. It does not require an account and does not include advertising, in-app purchases, analytics tracking, or remote crash-reporting services.
Your driver name, game progress, cars, tuning choices, race results, and settings are saved locally on your device to provide gameplay. These records are not sent to us. Device backup and restoration may depend on your Android settings and your device or backup provider.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use this information to respond and resolve your request. Email is handled by our email provider. We retain support correspondence only as needed to provide support and meet applicable obligations. You may request deletion by emailing us.
Local game records are stored within the application's device storage, protected by Android's access controls. No storage or communication method is completely secure.
You can delete local game records through Android Settings, Apps, Pink Slip Kings, Storage, Clear data. This permanently resets local progress. Copies retained by your device backup provider are controlled through that provider's settings. We cannot access or delete your device's local records remotely.
The game may open external websites, such as license information, in your browser. Those websites have their own privacy practices. This privacy-policy website is hosted by GitHub Pages, which may process ordinary website request information, including IP addresses, under GitHub's Privacy Statement. This page contains no advertising or analytics tracking.
The game is intended for players aged 13 and older, subject to any higher regional age rating. The current offline game does not collect personal information from players.
We will publish changes on this page and update the effective date. If future versions introduce online services or different data practices, this policy and the game's disclosures will be updated to describe them.
