Short version: this game does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. It has no account system and no server. Everything it saves stays on your own device.
Valley Rail: Train Tycoon ("we", "us") is a free offline train and city building game.
This policy explains what the game does and does not do with your data. It applies to the
Android app with the package name com.valleyrail.tycoon.
None. The game does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifier. There is no sign-in, no account, and no user profile stored on any server, because there is no server. The game has no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising identifier, and no third-party SDKs of any kind.
To let you continue a game, a small amount of data is saved locally on your device using Android's standard app storage. This data never leaves your device:
The game is played entirely offline. It declares Android's internet permission because the Unity engine adds it to every build by default, but the game itself never opens a network connection: it has no online features, no leaderboards, and nothing to upload.
We do not share, sell, rent, or transmit any data to third parties, because no data is collected in the first place. The game contains no analytics libraries, no advertising SDKs, no crash-reporting services, and no social media integrations.
The game contains no advertisements and no in-app purchases. The money in the game is fictional, is only ever earned by running your railway, and cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for anything of value.
Valley Rail is a building game suitable for all ages, with no violence, gambling or chat. Because the game collects no personal information from anyone, none is knowingly collected from children.
Since all data is stored locally, you can remove it at any time:
There is no server-side data for us to delete, and no deletion request is necessary.
If a future version of the game changes what it collects — for example, if online leaderboards are added — this page will be updated and the date above will change.
